Questions
What happens when the trial ends?
Your records stay safe. Choose a plan and pay to continue; if you need a little more time there is a grace period. Nothing is deleted.
Can we move our data out?
Yes. An administrator can download an encrypted export of every record at any time from Settings.
Who can see our patients' records?
Only your own staff, according to the roles you give them. Our support team cannot open records unless you grant time-limited access, and that access is in your audit trail.
Is the system certified by the Ministry of Health?
No. It produces HMIS-style summaries to make reporting easier, but you should check figures and codes against the current official forms before submitting.
